Shipping, Returns and/or Exchange Policy
This policy is with regard to our shipping policy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
· Changes or cancellations to your order must be made prior to the Order being processed.
o Such requests shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
· Once the Order is dispatched, no changes are allowed.
· For changes or cancellations, kindly email sales@m10.com.sg and quote your Order Number.
Exchange Policy
As a leading distributor in the market, we take pride in our products and check them for quality assurance prior to shipping them to you.
· We shall only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
o Buyers may request for return of purchased items at any time within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, on a case-by-case basis.
o Kindly email sales@m10.com.sg and quote your Order Number, providing photos/videos for verification. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange, with delivery costs of the replacement item covered by us.
o No goods may be returned without prior written authorisation from the Company.
o The costs of returning the purchased item shall be borne by the Buyer.
§ In the event that the items are returned due to defects in item or delivery of wrong or different items, the Seller shall refund the Buyer the cost of the item. This shall be remitted to the Buyer’s account based on their original mode of payment per the Order Number, within thirty (30) business days of the Seller’s receipt of the return item.
